We implemented the PMBOK concepts in our activities and tasks. Our strategies are also modelled after PMBOK phrases.
Our PPC Management has the following 5 phrases respectively:
1. PPC Initiation™
In this phrase, we will work with our clients to find out what business objectives and marketing goals they would like to achieve through PPC campaigns, i.e we will help them define the PPC marketing campaigns’ project scope in consistent to customer demands and their business strategies. The PPC marketing campaigns’ project scope will include PPC campaign goals, budget allocated for PPC campaigns, PPC marketing campaigns’ schedules and other measureable variables that can be used to measure our project success during our final phrase, PPC Closing™.
2. PPC Planning™
In this phrase, we will help our clients defined key activities, tasks, steps and time duration required to help them implemented the PPC campaigns in a marketing plan. We will perform keywords discovery and research to identify the keywords suitable for to our clients marketing goals. We will create ads copy, optimize their website landing pages and prepare keywords focus contents. We will review and refined the marketing plan with the customer and execute the plan upon their approval in PPC Execution™.
3. PPC Execution™
In this phrase, the marketing plan that we have defined in PPC Planning™ is put to work. During this phase, our consultants will help our clients manage the cost, quality of PPC campaigns and risks and help them to track changes. We will keep our clients informed of the overall PPC marketing campaigns progress and status on a timely basis.
4. PPC Monitoring™
In this phrase, we will monitoring the PPC marketing campaigns’ progress and making sure that PPC campaigns stick to the original marketing goals and within the original PPC marketing campaigns’ project scope during the project cycle. We will constantly monitor our client PPC campaigns performances,i.e the Cost Per Clicks (CPC), Clickthrough rate (CTR), Quality Index, Conversion, etc.
5. PPC Closing™
This is the final phrase where the clients will sign-off and officially closed the PPC marketing campaign’s project. Detailed reports on the PPC marketing campaigns are given and whether the PPC campaigns have met the original PPC marketing plan defined in PPC Planning™. Recommendations and lesson learned will be given to further improve future PPC marketing campaigns for the clients.
