What is Ethical Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

Ethical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) means SEO that stick to the guidelines and terms of use of all major search engines to boost website ranking and increase web visibility for clients.

Basically, there are alot of methods that help increase SERPs ranking for websites. Some companies uses blackhat or unorthordox techniques that are mostly illegal to boast thier clients ranking.

To name a few of these techniques - keyword stuffing, white text in white background, link farms, search engine spams, etc. These will results in banning by the Search Engines and the domain name get blacklisted. Companies using Blackhat SEOs are more concerned in getting short term results at the expand of the client reputation.

Other companies uses whitehat tecchniques that adhere to the rules and guidelines lay out by the Search Engines. Ethical SEO is consider whitehat SEO which conforms to the Search Engines’ guidelines with no deception. Ethical SEOs Companies that practice ethical SEO are concern on long-terrm results for the clients and abide by the SEO Code of Ethics which basically state the  code of conducts for SEO practioners. Ethical SEOs is also a way of online reputation management.
